The Executive Committee (referred to as the Governing Body in the Memorandum of Association) is responsible for the overall functioning of the Foundation.
An election process is duly held and facilitated by a member from outside the Committee, acting as the Returning Officer. Results are ratified at the AGM, after which the new Committee takes over.
At present, the Committee comprises of the following members (election ratified in AGM held on 27th April 2025):
